Sayres is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Support Analyst with a current TOP SECRET SCI clearance, verifiable in JPAS, to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), formerly the Defense Security Service (DSS), in the Quantico, VA office.

Responsibilities

The Counterintelligence Support Analyst will assist DCSA Counterintelligence Special Agents (CISA) with review of security and CI incident data, preparation of suspicious contact reports (SCR), and coordination with CISA on release of SCR reports.

The Counterintelligence Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Receive and review Security and CI incident data from CISAs.
  • Conduct research and analysis of incident information.
  • Prepare suspicious contact report (SCR) preparation.
  • Coordinate SCR report content with CISAs.
  • Coordinate release of SCR report.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates

  • Bachelor's degree.  Minimum three (3) years' experience with security-related data systems such as ISFD, e-FCL, and JPAS OR five (5) years' experience in counterintelligence.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in program management support and working with high ranking officials in a management support capacity.
  • Ability to understand and apply the principles of research to analyze, evaluate, and interpret raw data collected from multiple sources.
  • Ability to prepare, present, and defend portions of finished research and analysts' products.
  • Must present professional appearance, demeanor, acumen, respectfulness, and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Available to travel to the DCSA Headquarters in Quantico, VA a few times a year.
  • Current Top Secret SCI security clearance verifiable in JPAS prior to start date.

Preferred Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates

  • Minimum three (3) years' total experience through a combination of industrial security and counterintelligence positions.
