Sayres is seeking an experienced NISS SENIOR TECHNICAL DEPUTY TASK LEAD with a current TOP SECRET and SCI Eligible clearance, verifiable in DISS, to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), formerly the Defense Security Service (DSS), in the Quantico, VA office.

Responsibilities

The NISS Senior Deputy Task Lead will provide day-to-day oversight of all NISS task contract support personnel, performance, and program support services.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates

  • A minimum of ten years of DoD technical PM/Task Lead experience, including experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT and cybersecurity projects and operations of a nature similar in scope of the NISS Task.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience leading transformative IT/DEVSECOPS initiatives and championing end-to-end innovative software solutions.
  • Possess a Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS.

Preferred Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in developing and standardizing business rules for multiple inter- or intra-agency accessed applications.
  • Possess one of the following certifications: Global IA Certification (GIAC), Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or another DoD 8570.01-M Level 3 authorized Information Assurance Technical (IAT)/Information Assurance Management (IAM) certification.
  • Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification.
