The Assistant Program Manager Content Exploitation (APMCE) will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide oversight and management of language and content examination of electronic media and documents using the customer Exploitation System.
  • Coordinate with other client offices and elements to ensure the timely identification and reporting of files, documents, and other items and findings of intelligence value in accordance with program's priorities, customer requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist government supervisors in interfacing with customers, determining the tools used in exploitation, content of exploitation data bases, and the quality control and dissemination of reporting exploitation results.
  • Perform supervisory and administrative responsibilities over the Triage Team Lead and the Triage Team and the Workflow Team Lead and Workflow Team.

CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD AND GOVERNMENT FUNDING 

Education, Work Experience, Skills and Clearance Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a linguist and at least three (3) years' experience in managing document and media exploitation operations.
  • Two (2) years of experience in utilizing human language technology tools, TED, and Harmony database.
  • Comfortable briefing and working closely with senior Government personnel.
  • Able to multi-task and be organized and adaptable to changing/evolving requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • U.S. citizen and possess a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
