The Workflow Team Lead will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the receipt, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and satisfaction of all language screening and translation requirements received by the customer using the Harmony/TED database and other language workflow tools at the direction of the government.
  • Support internal integration of linguist workflow and operations with the customer's requirements management system, currently the customer's Exploitation Directives List (EDL), and other applications and systems.
  • Receive, assign, and ensure the completion of translation requests, report on the status of projects to government supervisors, and disseminate gists and translations directly to the client.

Education, Work Experience, Skills and Clearance Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of (3+) in the ILR scale in the target foreign language and in English listening, writing, and speaking.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing translation workflow operations and/or translation project management.
  • Demonstrate a high level background and experience in DOMEX screening, translation, military background, and/or cultural expertise.
  • Functional capability in one of the customer's primary languages (see below).
