The Contract Management Analyst (Mid-Level) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Provide contract management services support to the program's Acquisition/Contracts Manager, maintaining all contract databases, database presentations, and action items.
  • Track, report, and provide metrics on Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) submittals, dispositions, quality and timeliness.
  • Review and maintain Data Management instructions, databases, and reports for Program Office.
  • Integrate and coordinate the program's contract operations; assist Government in monitoring and assessing contract impact due to contract modifications; and provide accurate, conformed contract language to internal and external support agencies.
  • Maintain conformed copies of contracts and all contract history records, including related financial documents, routing packages, contractor correspondence, and backup documentation.
  • Provide detail reports providing contract financial status.
  • Participate in working group meetings and perform action items as required.
  • Assist in the planning, conducting, analyzing, reporting, and managing responses to approval, review and informational CDRL submissions.
  • Assist in developing, preparing, producing, and recommending solutions to CDRL List updates.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring the requirements for CDRL submittals and replies.
  • Act as liaison between PEO Ships personnel, Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP), and others as needed.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements


Education, Work Experience, Skills and Clearance requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent and at least two years of related Navy contract experience.
  • Ability to interact within various levels of the organization and to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access), DoD databases, and financial applications.
  • Ability to handle matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Possess SECRET security clearance verifiable in JPAS.


  • Bachelor's degree.
