The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide support and services to internal Sayres' customers and Government/Program customers:
    • Actively engage in day-to-day activities of the Sayres' Team and the Government.
    • Consistently, methodically, and religiously interface with customers (make yourself available) on work-in-progress and upcoming work/projects.
    • Carefully manage upcoming deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Promptly respond to tasks and track/report until completion.
  • Maintain/control information/data to ensure rapid access and retrieval.
  • Apply fact-finding and investigative techniques.
  • Establish, maintain, and track personal training curriculum, taking every advantage of:
    • OJT (primary).
    • Available on-line courses.
    • Increase skills/proficiency in "standard" Analyst tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Adobe).

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills and Clearance Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
  • Prompt and reliable attendance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter and capable of prioritizing and working across multiple team organizations to meet evolving needs and dynamic tasking.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Working knowledge/proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). 
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
