Sayres & Associates is seeking qualified Disability Support Workers to support a government customer.  This candidate will be able to provide support to government employees with disabilities to enable them to accomplish daily work functions, to include:

  1. Note taking.
  2. Document handling.
  3. Processing and administrative operations.
  4. Personal assistance with computer use, mouse navigation, lifting material such as charts and maps, and assistance with using the phone, printer, and other machines.
  5. Some assignments may involve accompaniment to training (onsite and/or offsite) with the Government employee to provide similar support.

This is a regular full-time position (1st Shift) with less than 10% travel and no relocation. The position description is only meant to be a representative summary of the major responsibilities and accountabilities performed by the incumbents of this position.  The incumbents may be requested to perform position-related tasks other than those stated in this description.



Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of equivalent experience related to the required qualifications OR Associate's degree and four to eight years of experience.
  2. Familiarity with GEOINT software and tools.
  3. Familiarity with the IC/DoD community.
  4. Professional demeanor and attitude.
  5. Ability to demonstrate skill in organization, briefing, project management and verbal and written communication.
  6. General understanding of, or the ability to learn office/customer mission, products, and internal/external customers.
  7. Familiarity with customer specific applications and methods like PeopleSoft and GEOINT analysis software.
  8. TS/SCI or the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
