Sayres & Associates is seeking Office Management/Staff Officer Support to perform a wide range of functions and tasks, which require vision, leadership, and proficiency in developing, explaining, and supporting policy implementation. The Office Management/Staff Officer Support will be responsible for the following:

  1. Provide general or specialized administrative support to various offices and programs.
  2. Develop pertinent information and provide to the Government POC for communication to varied audiences (e.g. Federal Government, Congress, the media, the public, the international community and private industry) by extracting and organizing information for briefings, read-ahead, and other materials and/or recordings and publishing Meeting minutes with particular attention to detail and quality.
  3. May provide other administrative duties such as:
    1. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events.
    2. Gathering, inputting, and retrieving electronic data.
    3. Maintaining files and folders.
    4. Researching and analyzing information and data to prepare reports, presentations, and papers.
    5. Preparing routine correspondence in accordance with government standards.
    6. Initiating trouble tickets and coordinating office moves. 

This is a regular full-time position (1st Shift) with less than 10% travel and no relocation. The position description is only meant to be a representative summary of the major responsibilities and accountabilities performed by the incumbents of this position.  The incumbents may be requested to perform position-related tasks other than those stated in this description.



Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of experience within related fields.
  2. TS/SCI or the ability to obtain TS/SCI.


         Staff officer, Office manager, and Administrative Operations.
