Sayres & Associates is seeking Technical Trainers to provide support to the implementation and delivery of training courses and for helping to create, test, deliver, and review new and existing courseware. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for the following:

  1. Administer testing.
  2. Teach, develop, and maintain curriculum based on customer guidance and mission support area.
  3. Demonstrate experience and expertise employing the principles of adult learning to deliver learning solutions in a classroom and through virtual online courses.
  4. Motivate new employees to actively participate in classroom instruction using relevant activity-based learning events and on-line real-time collaboration tools (e.g., eChirp, iVideo, blogs, e-forum discussions based on Adobe Acrobat Connect, etc.).
  5. Clearly communicate information in training materials as well as provide multiple approaches to training and lab demonstrations to satisfy learning requirements for varying audiences.
  6. Trainers should be knowledgeable about the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community structures.

This is a regular full-time position (1st Shift) with less than 10% travel and no relocation. Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree and five to eight years of experience related to the required job description.
  2. Experience in establishing programs and gathering metrics.
  3. Demonstrated experience delivering instruction on podium.
  4. Experience developing or maintaining curricula.
  5. Clear communicator.
  6. TS/SCI or the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
