Responsibilities

In support of the PMS 377/LHA program, the Front Office Deputy Program Manager Representative (DPMR) Project Support will be responsible for the following:

  1. Provide a wide range of executive, analytical, management, and administrative support including, but not limited to coordination of office operations, such as the management of records, schedules, and correspondence, long-term planning, and deliverables tracking.
  2. Prepare draft executive correspondence.
  3. Maintain schedules and calendars.
  4. Develop minutes, briefings, and records.
  5. Maintain sensitive program data in accordance with Navy policy and procedures.
  6. Interact effectively with senior and executive staff.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:  

  1. High school diploma or equivalent OR technical school.
  2. Minimum five (5) years' of relevant experience.
  3. Able to effectively interact with senior and executive staff.
  4. Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance if required by the contract.

Preferred:                               

        Bachelor's degree.
