Responsibilities
 

The Program Analyst for Navy Program Support will be responsible for supporting a major Navy Shipbuilding program in the following capacity:

  1. Directly support Navy Ship C4ISR and the Mission System, including electronic warfare, command and control (C2), information security, and external communication systems.
  2. Work closely with and monitor PEO IWS and PEO C4I systems to ensure design, production, integration, and tests are completed according to schedule and meet the shipyard delivery and test need dates.
  3. Communicate frequently across multiple disciplines and locations: technical, financial, civilian, and military to establish/assign actions, obtain status, and document resolution of issues related to obtaining shock certification.
  4. Develop tools for efficient tracking and reporting of technical data that can be shared across a range of Navy users (capable of supporting presentation at leadership level and within a working technical team).
  5. Leverage an understanding of electronic warfare, command and control (C2), information security, and external communication systems.
  6. Support the integration of C4ISR and External Communication Systems on new construction ship platforms.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in a C4ISR capacity.
  2. Strong organization skills with an understanding on how to effectively track data and present to a range of customers/team members.
  3. Effective customer service and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and at least rudimentary Access/Project).
  5. Active Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS prior to start date.

Preferred:  

SPAWAR or NAVSEA shipbuilding program environment experience.
