The Integration, Test and Evaluation Program Manager will be responsible for the following:

  1. Manage program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  2. Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing program, directing and coordinating program activities, and exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
  3. Select personnel according to knowledge and experience in acoustic systems and commercial hardware and software applications.
  4. Confer with staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of program.
  5. Direct and coordinate personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation, and carrying out objectives of program.
  6. Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
  7. Prepare program reports for customer.
  8. Control expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
  9. Provide high-level programmatic oversight to all Task Instructions (TIs) within one or more Task Orders (TOs).
  10. Establish and enforce organizational policies and processes for project planning, project monitoring and control, requirements management, risk management, quality assurance, and other key technical project areas.
  11. Manage resources amongst multiple TIs and oversee one or more Project Managers.


Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:
    1.  Bachelor's degree.
    2.  Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
    3.  Minimum five (5) years' experience interacting with senior level DOD principals.
    4.  Active Secret security clearance.
