Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of NAVSEA major program support contract providing products and services in the areas of:

  1. Acquisition and Program Management.
  2. Logistics and Financial Management.
  3. Engineering.
  4. Ship Construction and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
  5. Administrative functions.

Additional duties will include:

  1. Establish and maintain outstanding level of customer satisfaction through technical and financial contract performance.
  2. Work internally with corporate infrastructure (HR, Finance, Contracts) in leading all aspects of contract management.
  3. Capture management and proposal development efforts as needed.
  4. Lead large team of professionals across a wide range of disciplines, experience levels, locations, and varied employers (subcontractors).

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree and 15 years' relevant experience.
  2. Expert knowledge of NAVSEA programs, products, and operations.
  3. Experience in managing Navy Ship Construction/Repair/Modernization projects.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams on complex projects.
  5. Effective communication skills, able to deliver executive level briefs and reports.
  6. Experience and ability to lead large team of professionals across a wide range of disciplines, experience levels, locations, and varied employers (subcontractors).
  7. Active Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS prior to start date.
