Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will support a major Shipbuilding program and be responsible for the following:

  1. Complete long-term engineering projects.
  2. Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
  3. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Review reports, production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine and address problems.
  5. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  6. Perform a variety of tasks working under general supervision.

 

Desired Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance:

  1. Master's degree and 3-5 years of related experience OR bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related experience.
  2. Active Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS or the ability to obtain one.

Junior, mid, and senior level positions are needed. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of experience level.
